Position Summary

Responsible for leading the Empower Office operation and assisting the General Manager in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. This position will experience every facet of the zip line operation on a regular basis. From customer service and processing reservations to administrative tasks to customer check-in and adventure guiding – this person will gain valuable experience in managing various aspects of an adventure operation. The candidate will be someone who is self-starting, energetic and driven and who embraces ever increasing responsibility and challenge. The Empower Office Manager position is a valuable role that helps support our mission of delivering extraordinary customer experiences that promote self and team development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Family friendly, pleasant and courteous in all interactions with guests
  • Able to make risk management decisions
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Leadership experience in an office setting
  • Communicates well with fellow team members, fellow leaders and the General Manager
  • Safe and responsible use of all Empower gear and equipment

Qualifications

  • Computer skills (PC applications)
  • Experience working with diverse clientele
  • Full-time schedule with weekend availability
  • Ability to walk, stand, and/or hang in a harness for long periods of time
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs. of weight and hike 3 miles per day
  • Strong self-care skills
  • Drug Free
